Directors

Just a reminder to ensure that you get your lunch pre-orders to me by the end of the week as we need to ensure we have enough food.  You can fax the form to me at (803) 981-1225 or add the number of orders to the word document I sent a few weeks ago and email it back to me.  Also, please email your music selections (name, composer and arranger) to me by the end of the week as well so I can get the program together over the weekend. I also need you to fax your seating chart to me.

One last reminder, if your group is staying for the evening concert, encourage your students to bring money for a Steve Smith CD.  He will be selling them during intermission and after the concert and I am sure they will want to buy one after they hear him play.  I am still waiting to hear what he will charge but in the past it has been $15.00.  Let me know if there are any questions or concerns.
