I hope this message finds you doing well.  Everything with the festival is moving along very well.  We are very excited about the festival this year.  We currently have eleven bands registered to attend including 7 high school ensembles and 4 middle school groups.  As you know this is more than I usually take but thanks to Mike Doll at RawlinsonRoadMiddle School we have created a separate middle school performance site. The clinician for the middle school bands will be Dr. Matt Olson from FurmanUniversity.  I hope to have his bio on the website soon but I think you will find that your students will enjoy working with him.  I did have a high school ensemble cancel the other day so if any of you know of a director that might be interested in participating please have him contact me as soon as possible.  Please remember that your $150.00 registration fee is due by Friday, January 29th if you still haven't sent that to me.  I will have the schedule out in early February once all the registrations are paid. 

Please find the attached invoice for the evening concert tickets you requested on your registration form.  I do need to know as soon as possible if your numbers have changed as I only have about 25 tickets remaining at this time.  Hopefully your numbers will not increase too much.  Since we are so close to a sold out performance the deadline of Friday, February 26th for ticket payments is absolute.  If I don't have your payment by that time your tickets will be released to the general public.
