Directors,

Just wanted to remind you that today is the deadline to have the payment for your evening concert tickets mailed.  If you don't have it done yet today please try to get it in the mail the first of the week. I can still add to your ticket total at this time but I will not be able to add any the day of the festival (there probably will be tickets available that day but they won't be in your block of seats).  If you need additional tickets just include the extra money and you'll be all set.  Also, I want to remind you again that for your students to be eligible for the IAJE Jazz Scholarship you must be a member of IAJE.  If you would like to join the easiest way to join is to go the iaje website (http://www.iaje.org/iaje.aspx?pid=1). The advantage to joining online is that it is processed quicker and I can verify membership before the festival.  Let me know if you have any questions and I'll talk to you soon.
