Attached is a menu for the box lunches which are available on Saturday through McAlister's Deli. The lunches are $6.00 each and will include the items listed on the menu.  If you are interested in ordering these please make copies of the menus and have your students fill them out.  Then send me one order that includes the numbers you will need (ie. 2 ham on wheat, 2 ham on white, etc; plus the total number of each type of chips and cookies) and at what time you plan to eat.  I know this will be inconvenient but I hope it will make Saturday a bit less hectic for you. I will also have a complimentary lunch for directors in the director's lounge which will be in the small ensemble room just off the room with the concessions.  I will need your order by Wednesday, 2/28  as I need to place the order first thing on Friday. Please pay with one check at the registration table when you arrive next Saturday.  Make checks payable to "Northwestern Band Boosters".  There will also be other concession items available for the students to purchase.  Please see the menu listed on the website at http://www.nhsjazz.com/menu.html.

Also, please remember to send me your music selections (email will be fine) and fax your seating charts. You can find these forms on the director's page in the director's response box. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns and I'll see you next Saturday
